Braces Can Be Comfortable

For many people crooked or misshapen teeth have been a burden upon their lives for many years and they have been anxious about having braces for fear of the way they look to other people when there is a mass of unaesthetically pleasing metal within the mouth, as people notice your mouth whenever you speak, eat or even breath. For many teenagers and adults alike this can be a major problem.

Now there is a treatment called Invisalign, this is an alternative to conventional braces, that are completely invisible to the naked eye and work in the same way and have the same effectiveness as conventional metal braces.

Invisalign uses a 3D map to decipher your final position of your teeth through a range of different braces that gradually straighten your teeth. Unlike conventional braces, where if you ate food, it would get stuck in awkward places, and leave them looking discoloured and ugly as bits of food are in a way stored in the small awkward gaps that are unreachable. Invisalign braces can be removed from the mouth before eating, and placed back on after with no discomfort or problems.

You can also take the braces off before brushing your teeth, which means you can brush and floss as you normally would do without braces. A good oral hygiene is paramount in helping the braces work as effectively as possible.
