For many people the idea of perfectly straight and aligned teeth is something that they desire. This however is usually compromised by the fact that to do this they may need to have braces which consist of metal. Metal braces with wires and brackets can often look unsightly even at the best of times, but now there is an alternative solution. Invisalign provides an alternative to traditional braces with clear aligners that are virtually invisible.

Invisalign clear braces can correct mild to severe spacing and crowding problems that many people tend to suffer from.
From children to adults, people dread the thought of needing to have their teeth covered up with a bunch of metal, even though the end goal is that It will straighten their teeth. This can be the source of embarrasement for both children and adults alike.

Invisalign consists of a number of different aligners that are made for the patient that are placed onto the teeth after the last aligner has done its job. There is no set amount of aligners for every patient as everybodys teeth are different and require different treatments. Invisalign aligners are virtually invisible, allowing life to be continued without the self-consciousness associated with a smile with metal all over it.

After scheduling an initial consultation with your dentist, the cosmetic dentist will make an impression of the teeth and send the results to a lav for your aligners to be mapped out. You will also be able to see the final results of your treatment before you even start to undergo the invisalign procedure.

Using a 3D technique your aligners will be created at the lab and sent back to the dentist for you to start your treatment.

Do you get jealous when you see celebrities or even your friends with the most perfect straight teeth, while you have to deal with a crooked and crowded smile? If so you are probably feeling low on confidence and you certainly don’t deserve to feel that way. No longer do you need to feel this way about your smile, there is a simple solution to perfecting your smile without the use of unsightly traditional braces!

The more conventional way of straightening teeth was with metal braces, but now there is a new advance in technology called Invisalign. These were developed with the mindset that many people avoid the treatment of braces because of the way that they look. They can often be unsightly and be the main stand point for people to look at and judge on. Yes it leads to a good end result but it doesn’t mean you should be judged in a wrong way while going through the process.

Invisalign is a new technology that has come about with all this in mind. Invisalign clear braces are invisible to the naked eye, meaning that you can undergo brace treatment with the fact that they virtually cannot be seen. Invisalign consists of a 3D map taken of your teeth before and after, so that you can even see the end results before they even happen. Then a mould of your teeth is sent off to a lab for the Invisalign braces to be made.

They then make a series of different braces so that they gradually and easily move your teeth into place. No longer should teenagers and adults alike be embarrassed about wearing braces now that they can have Invisalign treatment.

For many people crooked or misshapen teeth have been a burden upon their lives for many years and they have been anxious about having braces for fear of the way they look to other people when there is a mass of unaesthetically pleasing metal within the mouth, as people notice your mouth whenever you speak, eat or even breath. For many teenagers and adults alike this can be a major problem.

Now there is a treatment called Invisalign, this is an alternative to conventional braces, that are completely invisible to the naked eye and work in the same way and have the same effectiveness as conventional metal braces.

Invisalign uses a 3D map to decipher your final position of your teeth through a range of different braces that gradually straighten your teeth. Unlike conventional braces, where if you ate food, it would get stuck in awkward places, and leave them looking discoloured and ugly as bits of food are in a way stored in the small awkward gaps that are unreachable. Invisalign braces can be removed from the mouth before eating, and placed back on after with no discomfort or problems.

You can also take the braces off before brushing your teeth, which means you can brush and floss as you normally would do without braces. A good oral hygiene is paramount in helping the braces work as effectively as possible.

If you feel that Invisalign braces could be the way forward for you to straighten your teeth and give you that perfect smile without the need for unaesthetically pleasing metal braces then do not hesitate in contacting your dentist to see if Invisalign could be the way forward for you.
